I realize that I'm generally not up to speed on what's cool or trendy. Just when I think I've discovered the latest, greatest fad— I'll google it to discover the millions of others who already have.
That said, I had a good chuckle (and so did the two guys standing next to me) while waiting at the crosswalk this morning when a guy drove by on a scooter looking like a Legoman.

Sebastian Errazuriz, pop-artist/designer from Chilé, is the creator of this urban phenomenon. His body of work is full of questionable sculpture reminiscent of works created during the Dada period.

Now I really want a vespa!

I love the floral pattern on Prada's packaging for their new Infusion de Fleur D'Oranger. Sort of a modern take on the William Morris style. I'm semi-obsessed with the pink/orange color combo right now. Just looking for a good reason to use it!

¡Cha Chá Barcelona!

Just got back from my honeymoon to Greece and Spain! (More pics to come.) While in Barcelona, we spotted cute line from a local design house called Cha Chá. Their products really stood out in the boutiques. They actually remind me a little of the Dirty Girl line from Blue Q. I did a little looking and couldn't find their lines sold in the US. Bummer for us, but if you're ever in Spain, check em out! Their aprons are especially adorable.

What a weekend!

This weekend, Pinkergreen headed west to Chi-town for Melissa's, one of our founding partners, big day. What a whirl"wind-y" weekend. Even though it was a little chilly, the weather on Saturday couldn't have been any prettier, crisp and clear. Later this week, we'll feature some exclusive shots of Melissa and her husband, Greg's, big day, and show you some of the design details that made the day truly remarkable. Her wedding was an enormous "branding" exercise that serves as a testament to her attention to detail and despite her hestitation, we are definitely going to blog about it while she's on her honeymoon. Honestly, what can she really do about it when she's sipping cocktails in Santorini?
